First, our second (ugh) Kenmore microwave/convection we've had in just two years made a loud bang and quit. Our new Emerson arrived a week ahead of schedule! I was happy about that, because our conventional oven doesn't heat up when it's very hot outside. Anyway, the only problem I have with my new Emerson is that it only heats the convection oven to 425 degrees. My Kenmores got hot up to 450 degrees. Spring. Problem solved - just let the food sit a little longer. I even bought some Emerson stock because I was very satisfied. I hope my blockage lasts!
