Works well as a shirt to absorb sweat and protect from the sun etc. This is a type of fabric that creases more than usual. That's putting it mildly - it creases terribly! I have other clothes that wrinkle, but they are usually tumble dried on high speed for 5-10 minutes. However, minimal results are achieved with this shirt. I have no doubt that about 90-95% of the creases can be ironed out with an iron, but the fact that extra work is required excludes the shirt (at least for me) from most outdoor activities that others do could see. I would put 2 if looks were the most important thing to me. I give it a 3 though because it's a lot cheaper than comparable outdoor shirts and as a work shirt it meets my needs when I'm out in the sun.
