Cons
  • Can be a bit pricey compared to other thread brands.

Aunt Lydia Crochet Threads

This article is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to work with filament, but size 10 filament is too small for me. Size 3 is perfect and comfortable for me to work with. The color is the same as in the picture.

Pros
  • Aunt Lydia has been America's Favorite Brand for over 100 years
Cons
  • Skimpy Instructions

I love Aunt Lydia!

I LOVE THIS THREAD! Seriously, I'm considering using this yarn instead of regular yarn for the garments I make. I really like the drape of this yarn when I sew vests, jackets, light blouses, etc. My only complaint. There is not enough yardage, and it is more expensive than the Super Economy brand yarn. But other than that, it's very easy to work with and slides perfectly on bamboo and aluminum hooks.

Pros
  • Solid: 150 yards Shaded: 100 yards
Cons
  • Price
