actually they deserve less than one star. They're plain white, and the frames are very thin and flimsy, like you'd find in a dollar store. Mine arrived in a crushed box and damaged. Not recommended

This was my second order of True Blue. The first was great, right size, individually wrapped. With the second order, all the filters were in the box without packaging and not like my first order. Two were damaged - returned them for a refund

They work very well and at a good price. Upon delivery, they come in a sturdy box, although it is a relatively delicate product. Don't worry, they deliver great. Revain considers this a science. I plan to do it again as I was completely satisfied with the whole experience.

Great Value! This is the part I like the most and what attracted me to the product was its durability. You will never use a weak filter again if you have the experience I have. When I put in a faint, faint, it folded like a paper airplane that flew like crap! Stick to True Blue Allergen and breathe easier and sleep like you haven't slept in years! Enjoy!

I buy this product because of the value and MERV rating. Great product although these filters tend to collect water in the summer months when the air conditioning is in 24 hour use. I change them a lot more often during the months I use the air conditioner 24/7 for fear of mold growth. At the same time, I'm pretty sure every brand will charge the same. Plus it's great value for money.

The description states that the filters will be of MERV 11 quality. Instead, we were sent quality filters from FPR 6. Although the scales vary, a closer equivalent to MERV 11 would be FPR 7 or even FPR 9. FPR 6 is significantly inferior to MERV 11 and worse than the filter quality I wanted for my oven. Not only do they come back as inferior bait and substitute products, but I will call the manufacturer for an explanation. I will update when I get more information to share.

Thin, not in original packaging, only half an inch thick, not 1 inch as advertised. I also find it strange that True Blue filters supposedly do NOT use the MERV score for filtering. They use FPR as a measure. So I'm not sure why the box image of this product has a MERV 11 rating when the red box for this brand is a MERV 8. Be careful buyers, do your homework before you buy. This is especially important if you're buying them for a family member with allergies or asthma.

I've used true blue filters for a while. In the past, these were high-quality and expensive filters. Obviously they started cutting corners and sacrificing quality. The filters I received today (same Merv review as before) are slightly smaller, fewer wrinkles and the material is slightly thinner. I unwrapped 4 packs tonight and placed one of them in a Coleman (Johnson Controls) gas oven. He took a quick look at it, it also seems to be well done. I used to buy 3M Filtrete alongside top filters. I remember Filtrete being at least $12.99 each.
