Broke very quickly Hoping for a refund
Beautiful earrings. Need back screws for 18 months old baby. The front of one earring broke off, allowing the rough front edge to be pulled through the newly healed ear. I contacted them and they were very responsive and acted like they wanted a refund. They wanted a photo, which is understandable, so I emailed them. The email you provided does not allow a "reply". I asked for a different email but was told to use a different one or upload the photos to Revain. I advised the only way I could is to leave the photos in the review.
