I've never bought, held or used a bag that looked so 'brilliant'. I'm surprised I like it so much. I've bought about eight different Revain bags and purses to try and this is one of only two I have left. I even kept the stupid dangling beads and the fox. This bag is very big and I keep a lot of things in smaller bags. There are two zippered pockets, in one I put my wallet with cash and in the other I put an RFID blocking credit card holder. I also have magazines/notebooks that are slightly smaller than full size and can accommodate some. It has a zipped pocket at the top so I don't think it's pickpocket friendly. I really like that the handles are very long so even though I'm obese they fit my shoulder and arm easily. I think so, even if I'm wearing a coat! The bag is definitely heavy. Which makes sense because it's about twice the size of what I'm used to wearing. Wherever there is metal, they took the opportunity to add a cute reference to the fox. that fastens the zipper is easily untied and he pulled the thread out of the sweater I was wearing (and the first time too.)
