Doesn't fit iPad

I found it too tight. When trying to put the iPad in the case, the unbreakable protective film that I put on the iPad ripped. Unacceptable! To return. There are no instructions either, the plastic insert is embarrassing. Why is he even there if he's useless. There are no instructions at all.
