My 3 week old had a terrible cradle on the eyebrows, eyelids, forehead and ears. His ears were so bad they were all red and wet not to mention scales. I applied the cream according to the instructions and washed it off with shampoo. There was a significant improvement after just one application. In a second, it completely disappeared from his face and ears. His scalp is a million times better but there is new dandruff that we have been able to get rid of with these products. I took them to our pediatrician and they said they were good to go. My son also had some kind of rash that completely covered all the wrinkles on his chin and after applying the cream twice and washing it completely disappeared. The cream is odorless. The shampoo has a very light, fresh scent. I usually hate anything scented, but I like the faint smell of shampoo. I would definitely buy it again and recommend it to any new parent.
