The second monitor is defective and awaiting replacement by the seller

I will update this review when the exchange is complete. The first monitor ordered had no problems, the second ordered identical monitor had a defective LCD with lines and damage (see photo). Not happy because I'm waiting for the seller as Revain won't be dealing with him yet. If the replacement is made for an identical monitor without defects, I will change the rating immediately. The box was undamaged, but the LCD is obviously defective.
