I would give 0 stars if I could. After 2 adult females collect 30 minutes, the doors will not stay closed. Yes, we have followed the instruction manual and the little arrows. If a litter box is placed in it, none of my 5lb Devon kittens can fit in comfortably. Every time they came across the tray, they threw it out and tried to get out. Now I have a poorly made plastic "camp" in my already crowded room. Thanks for nothing, Revain! I wasted my time, money and effort with this nonsense. To be honest I'm almost ready to part ways with Revain due to the higher prices and planned increase in membership this older man has already received.
