I waited until the end of my pregnancy to write this review to see how it would help me sleep. THE BEST MONEY EVER SPENT. It took a little getting used to because it's a little weird when you roll over, but the support for the stomach and back is absolutely perfect. I slept flawlessly throughout my pregnancy! It is neither bulky nor hot like body pillows. It can be customized with a washable cover so it couldn't be better.

Generally ok. Comes pretty compressed in the box but expandable. The material is comfortable and soft. I bought it so I wouldn't roll over on my back at night. I wish the pads were a little bigger. The piece connecting the two pillows is too long and needs to be shorter or adjustable to allow the pillows to be closer together. I wake up and I'm still lying on my back because the pillows are too far apart. Will have to buy something else.

Pros. The pillow material is soft. It supports the back and abdomen. There are two pillows. Cons: Velcro is annoying and can be uncomfortable. It's hard to adjust when you lie on it and you have to sit down or struggle to get to the right place because it's constricted and you have a big pregnant belly. The struggle to adapt is very important to me, it can be dangerous. You don't want to take the pillow apart as the Velcro on both sides is uncomfortable and may hurt/scratch sensitive skin. I…

This is a lifesaver! I got hip pain in the middle of my second trimester from sleeping almost entirely on my left side, but I didn't want to buy one of those giant pregnancy pillows. It was a stroke of luck! I haven't found anything that could alleviate the discomfort while sleeping during pregnancy. One tip I have is to cut and separate the two. I cut off the middle part and just used two wedges and it was amazing. MUCH better than a pregnancy pillow. I use one for my stomach and one for my lower back and then use a regular sized pillow between my legs. I can sleep so comfortably even at 35 weeks pregnant.
