I bought this pillow because I was finally able to sleep at 8 months pregnant. I sleep on my back (I wake up on my back even if I force myself to sleep on my side) and according to my midwife I use a regular pillow to support one hip so I can sleep on my back safely. I was looking for a pillow that would allow me to continue sleeping on my back while supporting my stomach when lying on my side. This pillow is just fantastic. I slept on it for about a week and it really improved my sleep. I highly recommend it. Velcro connections are soft. The pillow material is soft. Memory foam is comfortable. I slept with him under a sheet for extra stability. The only reason I gave it four stars is because I would like the velcro adjustment to allow the cushions to be a little closer together.
