Pros. The pillow material is soft. It supports the back and abdomen. There are two pillows. Cons: Velcro is annoying and can be uncomfortable. It's hard to adjust when you lie on it and you have to sit down or struggle to get to the right place because it's constricted and you have a big pregnant belly. The struggle to adapt is very important to me, it can be dangerous. You don't want to take the pillow apart as the Velcro on both sides is uncomfortable and may hurt/scratch sensitive skin. I wouldn't buy it again, but I won't be returning it either. Would recommend potential buyers to buy something else.
