I'm 25 weeks pregnant, not much but it hurts. I am an avid back sleeper and was constantly lying on my back waking up in pain due to the extra weight on my spine. I tried putting pillows around me and under my sides but they slipped and didn't stop me from rolling. My husband and I share a queen bed and all the pillows ran out of space so had to give something away. Typical maternity pillows don't fit because of the size and that's when I came across this little piece of heaven. Holy crap. I can't roll onto my back even if I try! It lasts perfectly all night. And my back pain went away with him in just 2 nights. It took about 24 hours to fully swell but now comes back to life after I unplug it. The cover is super soft and a nice bonus that it's removable. I was tired of spending more than $30 but it was worth it! The second photo shows how it is adjusted, the velcro is very strong and doesn't go for a second. The best maternity purchase I've ever made!
