These are not solar panels, they are the 'elements' that make up solar panels and as elements they are thin, very fragile and need to be protected project and to provide the required voltage and current. Mine came to me without a single broken cell and they all produce more than their rating, very good value for money. Don't buy them if you think you will hook up some wires and get your robot working, understand the difference between a cell which is a part and a board which is a functional end product. Other than that I am very happy with my purchase, I plan to buy more.
