Not the same as the original and not very good quality
The first strap only lasted a month. I also find them too narrow because the vacuum cleaner squeaks when you turn it off. Also in the photo you can see that the strap is cut unevenly. Which probably contributed to his short life. Update: I have ordered and worn original Bissell belts with the same part number directly from Bissell. No more screeching. So I can definitely say that these cheap copies don't work either.
