Open the toner cover door2 . Simultaneously press "Back" and "Exit" (red x icon). then push back again (reverse arrow).3. The reset menu appears .4. Click TNR-HC5. Click Yes6 to confirm. Close the toner cartridge door. Otherwise the toner works as promised.
