Pros:* Easy to assemble. I did it myself in about an hour.* Instructions were accurate and easy to interpret.* All holes lined up correctly.* Came with extra screws and nuts (at least one more of each than what is on the parts list).* Assembled product looks exactly like the picture.* Looks good* Sturdy* Feet are individually adjustable in height, by about a half inch. Very convenient if your floor isn’t quite even or level.Cons:* Product is too heavy for the box in which it’s shipped. The box was damaged in many places, and parts were falling out of it. I think this was simply because it’s a heavy product in a barely adequate box that isn’t really meant for individual shipping, and the box suffered damage in transit because of weight of its contents in comparison to the packaging. It was sheer luck that nothing inside was damaged. Given the condition of the box (damaged - a lot - in a half dozen places) and that parts (the shelves) were exposed, and some parts (the cross braces) were falling out, I fully expected to have to return it. But by some miracle, nothing inside was damaged. I’d suggest in the future the seller box this product inside of another, more heavy-duty box before shipping it.* The shelves look great, but are laminated with paper that I’m not sure will hold up in the long run.
