I'm only buying this for the second month for my two dachshunds so I can't give a detailed review now but I had to come here because I just bought 3 units ( lids) & i received this yesterday and i opened the jar yesterday and now the food on the floor this morning looks how old? Or is there something I don't know? I'm hoping the company will get back to me and clarify as I may be wrong and have missed something, but two cans a day + when I'm with my mother her dog eats this food too (so I've switched) and when I there am at feeding time I will feed her dog and I have never seen that at the bottom of the jar before. I will attach photos with highlighted/outlined areas. I will come back to update the review. I can't say for sure if it affects my dogs yet, but one thing is for sure, they love it. We buy the one with the lowest protein content and I really hope it makes a difference to them. I will come back to update if this is true or not. Will he be in touch with the company to find out what's on the bottom of the can because I don't think I've seen it since I started buying it so I just want to make sure. Many Thanks.
