Doesn't work, waste of money
I've been using another brand for a few years but went with this one as it was a few bucks cheaper for a much larger bottle. Holds up well. for about half a day, mind you. I don't even use it before breakfast. I can feel them getting weaker before I even eat anything before dinner. Once I eat there is absolutely no fixation. I missed my return window or I would have sent it back! The taste of the powder when using it is also not very good. I will go back to my old brand as soon as I can deliver.
