Too small for ultra narrow bezel screens - UPDATE

I have a 15.6 inch Lenovo 720 screen and this screen protector only covers the part of the screen that is actually As this model is an ultra-narrow bezel* touchscreen, it defeats the purpose of a screen protector as most of the screen is still susceptible to fingerprints, scratches and various other damages. Fit or defect aside, it appears to be a good product. It is sandwiched between layers of protection, wrapped in a plastic sleeve and placed in a thin cardboard folder. The folder has a microfiber cloth, a card scraper, an alcohol wipe, guide stickers and a final static dust removal sticker glued on the outside. On the outside of the packaging you will find instructions on how to use each item, with the exception of the instruction stickers. Overall it seems like a decent product and the company seems thorough, but I think it really needs to match the screen. The solution I'm thinking of is to get a bigger profile and clip it with a sharp flow. I'll report this in case anyone else has this issue, but I really think it should fit the screen given how common ultra-thin bezels are becoming. Resizing a larger profile because I decided having one was better than none. It worked fairly well, reducing glare and fingerprints with ease. There was no noticeable decrease in screen resolution or banding, I don't have a 4K screen option for my laptop. The application itself was more difficult than it should have been as I didn't apply the foil straight out of the box. When I wrote my first review, despite careful preparation, it had a surprising amount of dust and dog hair. I still stand by my previous comment that there should be an ultra-thin bezel option, but overall I'm happy with this profile. -**** holds the screen. You can also see it on jewelry, it's the thin metal that holds the gem or dial.
