These are nice bands. They go up in resistance, so there's a variety for different needs/wants. They're different colors, but the bands also have the strength(with both words and dots) on them. While I already have resistance bands, these loop ones help add more exercise possibilities for me. They seem well made and I haven't had any issues with them so far.
- Easy carry: The exercise bands take up little space so that you can use them at home or carry on the way, such as in office, on a vacation, even can squats while watching TV at home.
- The bands may attract dirt and debris during use
