Review on 🦋 Lenox 888256 Butterfly Meadow Kettle: Graceful Elegance Meets Practicality by John Brazington

This kettle is very pretty and I love the way it whistles when the water is ready. I was very happy to find such a nice kettle in my price range. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because after a week of use the lid came off while my sister was pouring hot water for tea and the steam burned her hand. After this incident, I noticed that the lid didn't fit as well as it did when I first started using it. Now I gently hold the lid with a potholder while I pour in the hot water. I'll also make sure my visitors know so they don't burn themselves on the steam. I have had several kettles and this is the first time I have had to worry about this issue. Holding the lid while pouring hot water isn't very awkward, but it's disappointing. I can't afford to buy another kettle so I just have to pay back.
