Review on 🦋 SanLan Skull Butterfly Pendant Necklace with Dead Moth Head Insect Jewellery by Chad Carter

I really liked this necklace. But I wore it once and lost the pendant. The clasp on the necklace was not fully closed and the pendant fell out. The clasp was still on so the pendant slipped out of the hole or I would have lost both the clasp and the pendant. Didn't even notice it wasn't closed as I thought it was a closed piece. I'm more than disappointed by that. I've searched everywhere to no avail. I would appreciate a replacement if you stand behind your item. To update; I just noticed that the ring shown in the picture does not match the clasp, that came with my trailer. It was much larger and not fully enclosed. Didn't get any response from seller, just FYI.
