The tips are over, the bag doesn't quite fit.
The dustpan and broom side of the bin is very heavy and the bin will tip over if there is not enough weight in it or if it is not leaning against a wall. Also, grocery bags do not seam, which means there is space between the wall of the can and the edge of the bag. Needless to say, my kids and husband get "bored" when their junk ends up in the real part of the bag. Not a great product. I'll probably look for a simpler glass.
