In the second week of use, it was necessary to participate in the zoom conference, and here a serious problem was revealed - the video often hung and an unstable connection message appeared. Although the laptop was near the router, other devices at home did not show such friezes. As a result, after a whole day of trials, it turned out that the realtek network adapter gives strange ping jumps, up to 4-digit values. Apparently, the adapter often starts looking for a new network, which is why it disconnects for a short time from the one to which it is currently connected. Hence the problems in streaming video. Through the settings, I was able to disable this function, but, unfortunately, in this case, every time the computer is turned on, it stops seeing the Wi-Fi network. Currently still in the process of finding a solution. I wrote here so that if laptop buyers have the same problems, reduce their time to find the problem. In extreme cases, you will have to give the computer away under warranty, which is very disappointing, because in everything else I liked it. . The network adapter was replaced under warranty at the service center. The ping seems to have stabilized. I'll be watching the behavior.
