Edit: Seller contacted. They asked a few more questions and fell silent. I bet they have the same problem with other products. Avoid. Don't risk it for the $1,000 hardware you have. It consists of 2 parts. One part is a phone charger, one part is an earphone/watch charger. It is assumed that all parts connect together magnetically and can use a power cable connected on one side. With me you can plug the power cord into your phone charger OR your headphone/watch charger and every single part works. The problem is that when you try to use it as advertised, magnetically linked together, it dies. No power is supplied from the phone jack to the headset/watch and vice versa. I pinged support and while they responded the first time, they stopped responding. Probably when we both realized it wasn't working. What worries me is that if this isn't working as intended, what else isn't working as intended? Is my gear charging or undercharging? I don't know, it's not worth the risk.
