The A31 isn't wide enough. Doesn't feel comfortable in my hand. Slower than my J7 Neo. Settings or preferences are almost impossible! Constantly hit dead ends that didn't give me the ability to change the settings I wanted. Some settings weren't even available. I have more options on my J7 Neo. The SIM/SD card slot is so flimsy and cheap that it doesn't hold the cards in place properly. I couldn't even make calls because my SIM card didn't always stay in place. Also SD card. The brightness drops to a minimum, and I have to constantly return it. Mobile hot not working. Terrible melodies. Only 1 font. The location can't even find me. They also sent me the wrong adapter for the box. General
