The program was easy to learn and I did not have any problems at all when using this software so far. It has been great and saved me tons of time! There is nothing about our system that we dislike right now but if there were any improvements they would be really appreciated - it's super user friendly! This product helps keep us organized because once everything in one place you don't have to run around trying to find something else! We've realized how much easier it makes managing life insurance as well as other forms of retirement programs for employees like Social Security! I like the idea of the system being able to help employees that are on a limited budget. I dislike that you have to be enrolled in the plan to receive the help. I would like to be able to access the help and make a payment for services that I am not able to afford. I would like to be able to use the help without having to enroll in the plan.
