It's easy enough that any new employees could use it without much training! The only thing I dislike is how slow some of its functions are when you're trying do something like update an insurance policy etc., but this may be due more so than anything else just because we have less usage (and thus fewer people who know/use these things). The best thing about this software is that it is very easy to use. It has all the features you need for an employer-based plan. I like that there are many options for employees to choose from.
