Review on Omniprise Benefits Management by James Stjames

I like that it is easy to use - nothing too complex about this software yet its very intuitive! The customer service at omniprises has been great so far. No issues in regards to functionality of program but there are some minor user experience glitches/bugs here and there which could be improved upon (I haven't noticed anything major though). It would help if they have more options available when using certain features such as creating new plans / enrollments etc. Have not had any problems with enrollment. Its just something you need to do once since most things take care of themselves afterwards without having to manually update everything every month. My employer uses it for administering our group insurance plan; we're able to keep track of members' claims data through one system rather than multiple databases.
