It's easy enough that any new employees could use it without much training! The only thing I dislike is how slow some of its functions are when you're trying do something like update an insurance policy etc., but this may be due more so than anything else just because we have less usage (and thus fewer people who know/use these things). We've been able solve all our administrative needs in one place now instead having multiple applications open at once which has helped us keep track better too since there isn't clutter everywhere anymore - no needlessly clicking around looking through menus searching what your next step should actually looklike if not already familiarized wth everything before starting work again.
