I bought 2 pairs in sizes 8 and 11 for my two girls. I don't know why they came on two different days. but in short, good quality shoes but very small and tight. I had to take the soles out of them to adjust the size. Keep in mind that I had to pull out the tape measure to convert it to the chart above because it didn't quite fit. The shoes I bought for my 3 year old who was a size 8 fit a size 11 so that's more than enough. two sizes bigger!
