When this carrier arrived it looked like I ordered the wrong size as the top and bottom were folded inwards so all I saw was hard plastic. part of the shell. Luckily all the parts were included and assembly wasn't difficult. The carrier initially had a strong plastic smell, but I aired it out for a few days before we put our baby in it. This little carrier is the perfect size for our new skinny pig. He crawled in voluntarily and seemed to enjoy going outside, getting some fresh air and basking in the sun. He liked it so much that we had to persuade him with a little fruit treat. Included were disposable pads and one washable. The shoulder strap is adjustable. Now my daughter wants to take it everywhere.
