I mostly like this. It seems sturdy, although I haven't had it very long. I like that it's top load, which actually makes it possible to get my skittish cat in it. The only thing I really don't like is that it's too small. I have one 5 month old and one older but very small 7 lb cat. Love this pet carrier so much that I just purchased a second one. I have multiple cats and have always had the old school hard plastic carriers with the metal gate door. It was always such a hassle to get the cats into these carriers for a trip to the Vet. With this soft carrier, it was so easy to get the cat into the carrier - what a difference. It is sturdy and roomy; I'm very satisfied, and would recommend this carrier.

You're asking me about comfort. ask my cat. She hates being in this case but she hates ALL cat carriers. This one seems well made, I like the look of it and the feline isn't screaming her little head off in horror. I'd call that a win.

We use this to take the cat to the vet. She fits it in just fine and can actually turn around if she wants. It has plenty of mesh areas so she can see out and it's easy to carry over your shoulder. The bottom pad comes out and can be washed which is also a plus.

My puppy jumps in here and asks to be taken somewhere! It’s comfortable for him and I can secure it in the car. My only two wishes were that it had more storage, and that when the side is unzipped it could hold its shape. My puppy is 5 pounds and fits well, not sure when he doubles in size how that will be.

Purchased this carrier a year ago. Previously had a clunky, heavy plastic carrier. This one is a joy. So many areas to open to help get the cats in. Net areas for scritches during the car ride. Lightweight. Use strap over the shoulder. This past weekend both cats were sick and I was able to put them both in the carrier and they were comfortable.

This was our carrier for a 18 hr trip from Vegas to Vancouver Washington. My cat loved this thing. Something that I found very practical was the top zipper because it allows to leave it open and she will sit on car sit or walk herself to carrier and nap there. I would recommend
