I like that everything is in one place. It makes it easy to see what needs attention and when to get it done. The support team are always helpful and have been very quick at responding to any issues or questions. Sometimes it can be difficult to find things but once you do you usually figure out how to navigate around it. It's not something I actively use, but it has been useful for our IT department since we have moved into the cloud. We have been able to manage all of our servers from one platform which has helped us save time and money as well as ensure everyone knows what they need to be doing.
