
Cons -1 - Trays not entirely tool free - no use of screws for drive trays I have had problems with drives not fitting properly despite pins on the trays. 2 - power connectors are being pinched near the fans, it's a nuisance if your power cables use SATA power cables that don't go straight in, but route the power cables in a T or 90 degrees to the connector. Pros -1- The rear panel monitors SATA activity and uses it to flash the status lights, so you don't need to run separate activity LEDs from your RAID2 card - the fans aren't too loud, I don't hear them compared to other fans in my case. 3- All 6 bays work fine and register to my HDD controller as SATA 3 6Gb/s4 - look fine in my black case
