Review on ๐Ÿ”ช Efficient and Precise: Mercer Culinary Millennia Blue Handle, 6-Inch Curved Boning Knife for Expert Meat preparation by Devin Pishey

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Probably the sharpest and best knife we โ€‹โ€‹have ever bought. Check the price before ordering.

The only reason this review got five stars is because I can't give it more. It would be a perfect ten if it were available. Every week my wife helps a friend in the hospitality industry prepare for the weekend. Every Friday night, the local brewery hosts a Santa Maria-style barbecue. My wife's usual task is to chop and shred about 60 pounds of homemade salsa veggies and thickly slice the grilled veggies. She also slices and slices a couple dozen French breads for grilling. She complained about every knife - and there are many - that was in the restaurant's inventory. I ordered this knife to mitigate complaints. Since we received this knife, there have been no more complaints. This knife is instantly incredibly sharp. DO NOT leave it on the counter or cutting table when you're done. With a little pressure, it cuts everything, including your fingers. After our initial review, we ordered and received two more of these knives. The knives are wonderful. Revain's pricing is absurd. Now the question of price. If you order a knife with a red or yellow handle, Revain costs $15.29 each. If you order other colors, the price of white increases to $28.06. White is more than 80% more expensive than red or yellow. When I spoke to Revain about pricing, their "rep" couldn't explain the reason for the price difference. i am a big person I pay a little more for XXL shirts and jackets. They have more material than normal sizes. But such a big difference because of the color of the handle. Alright Raven.
