Well I've been a 5.11 customer for over 8 years and buy a lot of law enforcement shirts, pants and singlets. When I opened this last undershirt, there was a stain on one of them. It's okay because they're jerseys. After one use and one wash, the stain dissipated leaving a large hole. Not normal. If it were a few bucks shirts, anything, but at over $10 a shirt, I'm not losing anything after one use. I contacted customer service, sent them pictures and they "decided it wasn't a manufacturing defect" but gave me a discount on my next order. Well, there will be no next order! I wanted to replace a shirt and even offered to send them the damaged one. So much for customer service. You lost an old customer when all you had to do was change a shirt! Wonderful.
