I've wanted this kneeling chair for many years due to back problems and finally decided when I saw it at such a great price. I am a very short woman (4ft 9in) and regular desk chairs are very uncomfortable for me as it is difficult to find a chair made for a person my height. The beauty of this chair is that it is suitable for everyone. (At least I think so - maybe not a very tall person?) I read a lot about this type of chair before buying it and realized that you can't sit in it for hours. No chair can really sit in it for hours at a time. If I have long hours of work, I alternate this chair with another, making sure to take breaks to walk. I have definitely noticed an improvement in my lower back pain since using this chair. Soft and durable material I put a small towel on top of the knee brace because I usually wear shorts and don't want to wear out the material or have bare skin on it.
