Unsuccessful purchase
Returns same day. Problem 1: The laptop is already set up for ANOTHER PERSON. Problem 2: The keyboard is sometimes unresponsive. Print fast? No problem, it won't print. Problem 3: When prompted to re-enter the password, I tried more than 60 times and even checked my phone to make sure I have the correct password. Not accepted. Question 4: I'm a bit picky, but the laptop's screen isn't the promised 14.1 inch, it's around 13 inches. All in all, don't buy it. This is a complete waste of money.
