1st - it's so cheaply made that it doesn't stand a chance of withstanding the weather. The "yarn" from which it is made degrades almost instantly. 2nd - does not light up if not completely dark! I can hardly see light when there is a trail of light coming from somewhere else. 3rd - it runs on battery, which I confess I didn't see in the description. Use brand new batteries, they will glow brightly for about 1-2 minutes, after that you can hardly tell it is on! I will be back if my kids don't like the shape so it's indoors in our front window. And NEVER turns on because it's not worth all the batteries to keep it bright for 2 minutes. HORRIBLE PRODUCT
