I was looking for something natural to keep me energized throughout the day. I have read many articles about the benefits of beets. I don't like the taste of beets, so I was looking for an alternative to eating them raw when I came across Dr. Came across Kara's page about Revain. To my surprise, I liked the taste. I add it to my smoothie in the morning and it gives me the energy I need to get through the day. Another positive thing is that my blood pressure has dropped. I'm on my feet all day and no longer wake up with stiffness and pain. I'm not sure of all the science behind this product, but I am and will continue to add it to my smoothies every morning.
