Review on IronKey EMS by Louis Mechtak

The ability to work remotely without having an employee in each branch is convenient, plus no need for people at home! Sometimes it can be difficult determining what files are needed vs which documents you want sent over email etc., but that would likely take more time then remote access gives me (unless there was some way they could do "filtering" so I just send everything from certain directories!). Security has definitely been improved since we moved away years ago, when someone gained administrative privileges our entire system went down until IT had them locked out; now if anyone tries anything like this again within 5 minutes their session will lock automatically - much better than before where sometimes users might have left systems open overnight!! The ease of use, the ability to access my data from anywhere in the world and the ability for me to have multiple users access my data. I dislike that there is no option to make the software more user friendly and customizable. It would be nice if you could customize it so that it was easier to navigate. The best thing about this product is that my employees can access my documents at any time without having to worry about losing them.
