Not many better features in phones
We bought 15 Yeelink T23G through Ooma. The features are designed for very small businesses (5 users or fewer). If you need more features, you should consider buying a larger system. We cannot put someone on hold and answer the same line from another phone. We need to set up the line so that we can "park" the call to answer it on another phone. When we transfer a call, it doesn't come back to us if the other person isn't available. Again, we need to park that call, then call the person we want to see if they're available, then pick up the parked call and transfer it. It's just a lot more work than it should be.
