Bought this to replace my old stethoscope. I’ve been a nurse for 20+yrs and have used many stethoscopes from Littman to disposable. Was pleasantly surprised with this product. It’s not at lightweight as I would have liked, but it’s definitely not a game-changer considering the the price. I tried the sound quality on my family in the quite of my home - no complaints, sound is loud, clear. I typically assess my patients behind a closed door to eliminate excess noise. Not sure how it would sound in a busy clinic/ER. Don’t forget this comes with a name plate, no need to buy one (bonus). Overall would definitely recommend. Time will tell how this product will hold up.
