Diapers, like any other, tend to fall out. Nonetheless, it's a great product! We used it for the pack and the game and now it's on the crib. The only drawback, now when our baby is crawling, the baby can snatch things away from him. So now we have to think about what to do with the Caddy. If we have another one I will definitely use it again! I would even give it to children's parties because it was so useful to us! 10/10 recommend. It's also versatile because you can clip it to the sides of your backpack and play with the crib, or if the crib railing is too wide (like ours), just clip it on!
