The gold is very beautiful and the diamonds sparkle beautifully. It's definitely a larger size for a nose ring. It didn't have a gauge list, thankfully it was close to the 20-gauge tire I wore. I would guess it's 18. It's worth what I paid for it. I've received several compliments in the few days I've worn it.
