The product itself is very soft and warm. Even the sherpa fabric inside is nice and soft and fills. A lot of these products use the thinner/cheaper Sherpa material, but this one is good. Love the fact that this product appears to have used a single piece of fabric for the hood rather than a series of annoying bulky seams down the middle, it's smooth, soft and comfortable. However, there are two disadvantages. The two layers of fabric separate, making it a bit difficult to align properly after washing or removing. Another small issue I had was how uncomfortable and scratchy the wrist cuffs are. They aren't bulky which makes them bearable but I definitely wish they were more comfortable as they make direct contact with the skin on both wrists.
