I ordered two pairs of these headphones and returned both. The fit and function of the keys are good, but the volume is barely enough to sit in my quiet office. I bought it for outdoor recreation and it's impossible to hear human voices to a sufficient degree in such an environment unless you wear earbuds, but this defeats my bone conduction purpose. If I wanted my ears to be plugged so I couldn't hear the surroundings, I'd just put on some of my other headphones. EDIT: Wow, I give credit to this seller for his recklessness. To be clear I bought two of these headphones from two different sellers. This seller insisted that I clarify this because he thought it would help his case. It is not. This proves once again that no matter where it is purchased, the product itself is of poor quality and design. To reiterate, I only purchased one of these poorly designed headphones from this particular seller. Other poorly designed headphones of the same brand, style and model that I bought from another seller. I also gave a negative review for this product. This seller simply refuses to acknowledge that they are selling an inferior product. The volume is just too low and it wasn't a coincidence with a pair; the same defect also occurs in the same product from another seller. So now I must warn you that not only is this particular product lousy, but due to its annoyance after my initial review I would avoid ALL from this seller. If this seller really cared about customer satisfaction, rather than denying the poor quality of this brand/model's product and simply trying to improve an honest review, then perhaps they would offer the best product they already sell. But no, I accidentally discovered that the headphones I bought for my daughter earlier this year are actually from the same seller. So I bought another pair and am happy. But if I had noticed it was the same seller I would have found another seller as this seller's customer service does not take any real responsibility if the product they are selling is of poor quality.
